What You Need for 10 Servings:
- Strawberries – 3/4 cups
- Blueberries – 3/4 cups
- 15 oz can of your favorite coconut milk
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 3 Tbsp of honey
- Sprightly 2400 mg CBD oil
Directions:
- Blend coconut milk, honey, vanilla, 2400 mg CBD oil, and berries in a blender until entirely smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds leaving about 1/2 inch of space at the top.
- Add a few slices of strawberries and blueberries at the top for extra flavor and texture.
- Lastly, place the popsicle in the freezer for at least 4 to 8 hours or until the mixture is completely frozen, and enjoy!
Kale and Quinoa CBD Salad

What You Need:
- 1 cup of cooked quinoa
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 1 small package of kale diced

- 12 diced cucumbers
- A squeeze of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Salad Dressing:
- Sprightly 2400 mg CBD or 2000 mg CBD
- Olive oil
- Fresh lemon juice
- Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Honey or maple syrup (optional)
Directions:
Boil the quinoa and kale together in two cups of water until they are dry. Once the quinoa and kale are ready, be sure to let them cool down and then stir them into the salad bowl. To finish drizzle your homemade dressing.
